1. What you provide

BBY WOW AI processes the account information, uploaded photos, selected settings, prompts and generated files needed to provide the service. A photo can contain personal information about its subject. Upload only material you are entitled to use, and avoid unnecessary personal documents or sensitive details.

2. Generation and safety processing

When you request a video, the necessary media and instructions are sent to the selected generation provider and its model service. The configured integrations include Kie and Metaso; text and image safety checks use SeeAPI where required by the workflow. An integration being available does not mean every model or mode is offered on every page.

3. Private uploads and work

Personal uploads and outputs are tied to the owning account. Provider access may require limited, time-bound media links. Your private work is not automatically published as a homepage example. Public reference clips and editorial illustrations have a different purpose from your private task output.

4. Payments and operational records

The chosen payment provider handles checkout and payment details. We use order, credit, subscription and task records to deliver purchases, reconcile uncertain results, investigate billing errors and respond to support requests. A browser return from checkout is not itself evidence that payment was received.

5. Cookies, drafts and optional analytics

Necessary cookies keep you signed in, and browser storage can hold an account-scoped draft. If you choose optional analytics, recorded events may include pages, clicks, visible sections, active time, creation prompts, models and settings. Passwords, payment-form contents, media-file contents and access credentials are excluded. Browser analytics events are retained for 90 days; acquisition records use limited referral and campaign fields rather than full private URLs. You can change the analytics choice in the footer.

6. Retention, access and deletion requests

We keep media and records for the operation, security, reconciliation and legal purposes that apply to them. No indefinite file-storage promise is made. You can request access, correction or deletion through Contact or an account support ticket. We verify account ownership and explain records that must be retained, such as payment or dispute records.

7. Sharing and changes

Sharing a downloaded clip is your separate decision. Check the rights and privacy of everyone represented before posting it publicly. We may update this policy when processing changes; the date above identifies this version. Contact us with questions before uploading material you are unsure about.

8. Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads on public pages only after optional analytics consent. It measures visits using page locations without URL query strings or fragments. Account, authentication, payment and private-media pages are excluded. We do not send Google your creation prompts, uploaded media or signed download links. You can withdraw consent through Privacy choices in the footer.
