1. Using the service

These terms apply to BBY WOW AI at bbywowai.me. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live. Do not use the service if you cannot agree to these conditions.

2. What you are creating

The main tool requests a newly generated BBY WOW party entrance from one person or pet photo: an approach, a hand-to-mouth gesture, a held gaze and a turn. The separate low-angle dance has a different movement preset. Available model, duration, resolution and format choices are shown in the tool. Generation can alter identity, anatomy, motion, setting and sound; a preset is guidance, not an identical-copy guarantee.

3. Images, likeness and music

You must have the rights and consent needed to upload a photo and use a person’s likeness. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, non-consensual intimate material, or requests intended for fraud, harassment or deceptive impersonation. A photo is not permission to clone a voice. The original commercial song is not included merely because a reference clip uses it; obtain appropriate music rights before publishing.

4. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Available sign-in methods appear on the sign-in screen. Do not share private access tokens, evade limits with multiple accounts, or attempt to access another person’s media. Tell support about suspected unauthorized access.

5. Quotes, tasks and credits

Review the complete current credit quote after making your settings choices. A submission reserves credits; a delivered result settles the task according to the service ledger. A confirmed failure releases its reserved credits. An uncertain provider response is reconciled using the original task before another paid submission. Keep task identifiers when reporting a problem. Registration is free. Each new account receives 6 trial credits once, restricted to one watermarked BBY WOW Party Walk-In video of a person or pet using Seedance 2.0 Mini, 480p, 12 seconds and vertical 9:16, subject to service availability. Further videos and other settings use the displayed credit quote.

6. Packs, subscriptions and gifts

Prices, currency, credits, validity and billing intervals are shown before a purchase. One-time pack credits do not expire. Subscription credits apply to the paid billing period and do not roll over; yearly credits are granted for the billing year. Subscriptions renew until cancellation is confirmed through the configured provider. Eligible purchased credits may be gifted under the displayed rules; gifts do not create a separate guaranteed number of videos.

7. Review, downloads and support

Check the entire picture, movement, sound and downloaded file before sharing or relying on a result. You retain rights you already have in your input; output use is also subject to applicable provider terms and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that a generated work is exclusive, legally protectable or suitable for a particular commercial use.

8. Availability and disputes

Provider delays, filters and technical faults can affect availability. Do not bypass safety checks, billing or account restrictions. We may restrict misuse and change unavailable features while retaining required purchase and support records. Request billing or technical review through support tickets. The Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights govern refund handling; nothing here removes rights that applicable law requires.

9. Acceptable use and prohibited content

Do not request or upload pornography, sexual or NSFW material; graphic violence or gore, or encouragement of real-world harm; hate or dehumanization based on protected characteristics; child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of anyone under 18; deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fraud or non-consensual intimate material; or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights. These restrictions apply to prompts, photos, audio, generated images and videos and other creation tools offered by the service.

10. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected prohibited content through support@bbywowai.me or an account support ticket. Include the relevant task identifier or public page URL and a brief explanation; do not send unnecessary sensitive material. We review the report and available records, prioritize urgent child-safety or imminent-harm concerns, and may refuse generation, restrict access or suspend misuse as permitted by these terms and applicable law. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days; resolution depends on severity and the information available. Credit returns and payment refunds follow the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
