Refund Policy

1. Before a purchase

Check the exact price, currency, credit allowance, expiry and billing period shown for your selected product. The current generation quote determines how many credits a task needs; a pack name does not guarantee a fixed number of videos. Available checkout channels are shown before confirmation. Registration is free. Each new account receives 6 trial credits once, restricted to one watermarked BBY WOW Party Walk-In video of a person or pet using Seedance 2.0 Mini, 480p, 12 seconds and vertical 9:16, subject to service availability. Further videos and other settings use the displayed credit quote.

2. Confirmed failed tasks

A generation confirmed as failed returns its reserved credits once. This is a ledger credit return, not a cash refund. An unresolved task or delayed network response is reconciled with its existing task identifier before retrying. A delivered clip you dislike is not automatically a failed task; report an unusable file or technical fault for review.

3. One-time credit packs

Within 7 days of purchase, a completely unused pack may be refunded in full. A partially used pack may be reviewed within the same period for its unused credits at that pack’s per-credit purchase price. Credits already consumed are not refundable under this voluntary policy. After 7 days, purchases are final except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

4. Subscription charges

A first subscription charge or renewal may be reviewed within 7 days of that charge if none of the credits for that billing period has been used. Otherwise, subscription periods are not refunded pro rata. The whole yearly credit allowance is granted at the start of the paid billing year; subscription credits expire with their period and do not roll over.

5. Canceling renewal

Use Billing to request cancellation through the configured provider. Renewal is stopped when the provider confirms cancellation. Access and credits for the already paid period remain subject to that period’s terms. Canceling renewal is different from requesting a refund and does not reverse past charges by itself.

6. Gifts and balances

Gift allocations and claims are reconciled with the originating purchase and credit batches. Unclaimed eligible credits return to their original batches when the gift is stopped or expires. An approved refund can revoke unused gift balances; already-consumed gifted credits affect eligibility and the refundable amount.

7. Billing errors or duplicate charges

Report a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge within 30 days with the order identifier so the payment and credit records can be checked. A checkout return screen is not a payment receipt, and returning from checkout does not create a refund. Contact support before opening a dispute so the underlying records can be investigated.

8. Requesting a review

Open an account support ticket or use Contact. Include the order or task identifier, the issue and relevant time details. Never send a password, full card number or API key. Approval and amount follow reconciliation of the actual payment and credit records. Approved cash refunds use the original payment channel where supported; provider and bank processing times vary.

9. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights that mandatory consumer law grants you. Trial credits are not purchased credits and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
