Understand the quote before spending credits
Separate a generation estimate, reserved credits, purchase, subscription and completed delivery.
The short answer
The complete server quote for your selected settings is the amount to review before submitting. Account credits, payment records and generated work are separate records. A package does not guarantee a fixed number of usable videos because task costs and outcomes can differ.

Read the complete current quote
The active effect, model, duration and resolution can affect a task’s complete credit cost. Wait for the quote to refresh after changing a setting. A native model reference price may omit preparation or composition steps in a complete effect; do not use it as the final task price.
Distinguish available and reserved credits
Available balance is what can be used now. Submission can reserve credits while the task is processed. Keep the same task identifier when status is delayed or unknown so the system can reconcile it. A slow response is not evidence that you should create a second paid request.
Understand packs and subscriptions
Review the actual catalog for one-time packs and monthly or yearly subscriptions. Pack credits do not expire under the stated pack policy. Subscription credits follow their displayed billing period and do not roll over. Check the interval, renewal amount and cancellation terms before purchasing.
Separate payment from entitlement
An opened checkout or browser return does not by itself prove payment or a credit grant. Check your order and credit records. If a payment is pending, keep the existing order rather than paying again. Only the enabled checkout’s displayed product, amount and payment method apply.
Know what a failure return means
A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits under the service policy. Unknown status must be reconciled first. A completed result you dislike is not automatically a failed render. Cash refund eligibility is described separately in the Refund Policy and depends on the purchase and usage records.
